To place an order

You may place an order using our online store, by phone: 1-514-331-7047 or fax: 1-514-331-7281 for direct shipment. To place an order, you must supply a valid billing and shipping address.

All payments are accepted in US or Canadian equivalent dollars and by credit card or purchase order

International customers are responsible for all duties incurred on a shipment.

Order Processing

When you complete the checkout process online and submit your order, your credit card and sales transaction information is encrypted  and then sent the through the authorization network to the appropriate card issuer's bank over a secure, proprietary connection. Your billing address and phone number will be compared to what's on file with your credit card bank. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.
When the authorization process is complete you will receive an approval or decline response.

When your order is approved, TanTec Biosystems will e-mail you a confirmation listing of your ship date and courrier tracking number. When an order is submitted before 4:00 PM EST, we will make every attempt to ship your order the same day. TanTec Biosystems does not ship product on weekend days due to courrier restrictions, we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. All shipments are subject to stock availability.

Shipping Methods & Charges

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout and depend on the delivery time (ground, 2-day, next day), size and weight of the package. A handling charge is also added to cover the cost of packing material.

Sales Taxes

TanTec Biosystems is located in Quebec, Canada and is required to charge appropriate TPS on products delivered in Canada and TVQ for products delivered in Quebec. Customers who have a Tax Exempt Certificate on file with TanTec Biosystems will not have sales tax added to their orders.

Non-Canadian customers will not pay Canadian or Provincial sales tax.

Day Money Back Guarantee

TanTec Biosystems will exchange or refund a product unconditionally within 30 days of the purchase date. The product must be in original condition with all product documentation returned. TanTec Biosystems reserves the right to refuse credit if a product is not in resale condition and/or a re-stock fee may apply. To return a product, simply call (1-514-331-7047) or e-mail your request to customerservice@tantecbiosystems.com to obtain return authorization number. Returns will not be accepted without an RA number.
