How do I cancel my order?
Please contact TanTec Biosystems by 3 p.m. EST the same day. This will allow us to cancel or modify your order prior to shipping. You may contact the orders desk by phone: 1-514-331-7047; by fax:1-514-331-7281 or by e-mail: customerservice@tantecbiosystems.com to prevent the order from being processed and shipped.
What if I ordered or received the wrong items?
TanTec Biosystems will exchange or refund a product unconditionally within 30 days of the purchase date. The product must be in original condition with all product documentation returned. TanTec Biosystems reserves the right to refuse credit if a product is not in resale condition. To return a product, simply call: 1-514-331-7047, fax: 1-514-331-7281 or e-mail your request to our customerservice@tantecbiosystems.com to obtain return authorization number. Returns will not be accepted without an RA number.
